Replace, or "trash" any of your Adobe application preferences

When any of your Adobe application behave strangely like crashes upon startup, gives you errors like exc bad access, etc.. there is a one quick solution for the problem. You just need to clear the preference of the application.

For Windows:
1. Press and hold Shift + Alt.
2. Run the program that is having a problem while the Shift + Alt is pressed.
3. Respond to clear preferences if asked.

For Mac:
1. Press and hold Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift.
2.  Run the program that is having a problem while the  Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift is pressed.
3. Respond to clear preferences if asked.

That's it! Good luck!
